The history of Bauer starts with many first steps. The step into independence, onto the automotive market and onto the factory floor of major manufacturing.

Pandurang Electricals Incepted

Mr.Pandurang Mulrlidhar Dhawale established Pandurang Electricals, starting with insulation paper cutting work for Crompton Greaves.
2003

Started manufacturing main stator winding

In 2005, Pandurang Electricals started manufacturing main stator windings for alternators with capacities ranging from 5 kVA to 2250 kVA for Crompton Greaves.
2005

Pandurang Supplier Established

Established in 2007 under Pandurang Electricals, Pandurang Suppliers is an entity that performs winding work for Stanford (Cummins) alternators.
2007

Dipping, Backing and Tig Welding Started.

In 2009, Pandurang Electricals started providing dipping, backing, and TIG welding services for CG.
2009

Pandurang Traders Started

In 2014, Pandurang Traders was established as a new entity under Pandurang Electricals for the trading business.
2014

KM Electricals Started

In 2018, Pandurang Electricals launched a new establishment, 'KM Electricals', for the manufacturing of FG alternators, with a production capacity ranging from 5 kVA to 100 kVA.
2018

New Plant Acquired

In 2021, with the new Acquired plant for motor assembly, the production of motors with capacities ranging from 2.2 kW to 45 kW began.

New Plant Acquired

The new plant acquired in 2023 has a capacity of 3000 windings per month for small-range motor windings.
2023

Die-Cast Rotors Manufacturing Started

In 2025, Pandurang Group acquired a new plant for manufacturing die-cast rotors.
